A simple, delicate microgreen with vibrant, light green cotyledons and stem.

Mild, crunchy, and sweet. Tastes like a more flavorful version of full-sized carrots.

Health Benefits

Microgreens are packed with nutrients. While their nutrient contents vary slightly, most varieties tend to be rich in potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium, and copper. Microgreens are also a great source of beneficial plant compounds like antioxidants. What’s more, their nutrient content is concentrated, which means that they often contain higher vitamin, mineral, and antioxidant levels than the same quantity of mature greens.

Suggested Uses

When you're looking to ramp up your nutritional daily intake, carrot microgreens work well with most meals. Here are some of our favorite uses:

Breakfast - Add them to your morning smoothies.

Lunch - Use them as a replacement for lettuce on virtually any sandwich or wrap. Fold them into deli salads.

Dinner - Top green salads with them.

Where They Come From

Grown on an indoor, climate-controlled, vertical farm in Cape Coral, FL. Living Greens Urban Farm uses only organic seeds, OMRI-certified coco coir, and never any pesticides or chemicals.

We grow to order; we require a four-week lead time on fresh carrot microgreens orders because they need a little while longer before they are ready for harvest.

Care & Storage

Rinse before use, only what you're using. Microgreens need to remain dry to stay fresh longer. They will last up to 14 days in the refrigerator in an air-tight container kept dry.

**Regarding local delivery policy

These amazingly fresh microgreens are meant to be consumed soon after harvest. To ensure the absolute best freshness, we only offer our live microgreens to local customers within a 20-mile radius. (Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and surrounding areas).

Please note, if live microgreens are added to the cart, and a local delivery method is not available, the order will be canceled.
