The purple triton radish microgreen was made for its indisputable dazzling rosy-purple stems. These microgreens make the ideal feast upgrade adding a dash of color and flavor to any dish. While the flavor isn't overpoweringly strong these microgreens have a scrumptious measure of substance to them with a strong crisp stem. Purple triton radish microgreens are the radish plant in phase II of its life cycle. Adding microgreens to your meals gives you the same benefits as the mature veggie in a much smaller, nutrient-dense, and easier-to-use package.

Health Benefits
Purple triton radish microgreens contain vitamins A, C, E, and K, folic acid, niacin, potassium, iron, phosphorus, pantothenic acid, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and carotenes. Microgreens are packed with nutrients. While their nutrient contents vary slightly, most varieties tend to be rich in potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium, and copper. Microgreens are also a great source of beneficial plant compounds like antioxidants. What’s more, their nutrient content is concentrated, which means that they often contain higher vitamin, mineral, and antioxidant levels than the same quantity of mature greens.

Breakfast - Add them to omelets, breakfast burritos, and smoothies or on top of a bagel with cream cheese.
Lunch - Use them as a replacement for lettuce on virtually any sandwich or wrap. They also work well in any deli salad prepared with mature radishes.
Dinner - Add them to any meal to increase its spiciness. Great additions to plates of pasta, grains, soups, stir fry, salads, they even go great on top of pizza or guacamole!!
How We Grow Microgreens
Grown on an indoor, climate-controlled, vertical farm in Cape Coral, FL. Living Greens Urban Farm uses only organic seeds, OMRI-certified coco coir, and never any pesticides or chemicals.
We grow to order; we require a two-week lead time.
Care & Storage
Rinse before use, only what you're using. Microgreens need to remain dry to stay fresh longer. They will last up to 14 days in the refrigerator in an air-tight container kept dry.
**Regarding local delivery policy
These amazingly fresh microgreens are meant to be consumed soon after harvest. To ensure the absolute best freshness, we only offer our live microgreens to local customers within a 20-mile radius. (Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and surrounding areas).
We highly recommend our grow kits to those wanting to try our microgreens that live outside the local delivery area.
