Description
Red cabbage microgreens are the red cabbage plant in phase II of its life cycle. At this stage they contain up to 40 times the nutrients and minerals than a mature head of broccoli. Adding red cabbage microgreens to your meals gives you the same benefits in a much smaller, nutrient dense and easier-to-use package.
Red Cabbage microgreens have red and purple stems with leaves of variegated dark green. They make for a vibrant, yummy, extraordinary garnish and mix well with other cruciferous veggies and radishes.

Health Benefits
Red cabbage microgreens contains vitamin C, Glucosinolates (cancer preventative), vitamin U (improved gastrointestinal health), anthocyanins (limit oxidative stresses and aids in prevention of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s). While their nutrient contents vary slightly, most varieties tend to be rich in potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium, and copper. Microgreens are also a great source of beneficial plant compounds like antioxidants. What’s more, their nutrient content is concentrated, which means that they often contain higher vitamin, mineral, and antioxidant levels than the same quantity of mature greens.
