Countryside delight microgreens will leave your taste buds humming with a full-seasoned blend of cress, clover, arugula, radish, and dill! You won't track down a more noteworthy blend packed with all of these flavors. These microgreens are vegetable plants in phase II of their life cycle. They're baby veggies that are only 10-12 days old at harvest. Adding microgreens to your meals gives you the same benefits as the mature veggie in a much smaller, nutrient-dense, and easier-to-use package.

Deli container - The weight of the countryside delight microgreens blend averages 40 grams per container. Fresh microgreens are sold in sustainable, commercial compostable, clear deli container packaging. **LOCAL DELIVERIES ONLY**
1020 trays - Fresh microgreens are harvested from a 1020 grow tray and packaged in a 2 quart square reusable container. **LOCAL DELIVERIES ONLY**

We grow to order; we require a two-week lead time to grow before harvesting your fresh microgreens.

A blend of several of our favorite microgreens! Clover, Cress, Arugula, Radish, and Dill.
Flavor
At first bite, many individuals recognize the genuinely sweet taste of dill, trailed by the verdant taste of the clover. The zingy zap of the cress and peppery tang of the arugula and radish has an amazingly splendid impact.
Health Benefits
Microgreens are packed with nutrients. While their nutrient contents vary slightly, most varieties tend to be rich in potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium, and copper. Microgreens are also a great source of beneficial plant compounds like antioxidants. What’s more, their nutrient content is concentrated, which means that they often contain higher vitamin, mineral, and antioxidant levels than the same quantity of mature greens.

When you're looking to add bold, rich, fresh flavor to your meal, countryside delight microgreens blend works well with any meal. Here are some of our favorite uses:
Breakfast - Add them to omelets and breakfast burritos or place on top of a lox bagel.
Lunch - Use them as a replacement for lettuce on virtually any sandwich or wrap. They also work well in any deli salad with a dill flavor or seafood profile.
Dinner - Incorporate them into virtually any seafood meal. Top green salads with them. They also do quite well on their own with a little olive oil, salt & pepper to taste.

Grown on an indoor, climate-controlled, vertical farm in Cape Coral, FL. Living Greens Urban Farm uses only organic seeds, OMRI-certified coco coir, and never any pesticides or chemicals.
Care & Storage
Rinse before use, only what you're using. Microgreens need to remain dry to stay fresh longer. They will last up to 14 days in the refrigerator in an air-tight container kept dry.
**Regarding local delivery policy
These amazingly fresh microgreens are meant to be consumed soon after harvest. To ensure the absolute best freshness, we only offer our live microgreens to local customers within a 20-mile radius. (Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and surrounding areas). We highly recommend our grow kits to those wanting to try our microgreens that live outside the local delivery area.
