1020 trays - Fresh microgreens are harvested from a 1020 grow tray and packaged in a 2 quart square reusable container. **LOCAL DELIVERIES ONLY**

Wheatgrass is brimming with nutrients, phytonutrients, amino acids, chlorophyll, and many other vitamins and minerals. Research has shown that the health benefits of consuming wheatgrass aid in the improvement of many health ailments. Individuals additionally use it to boost cognitive function, help detoxify the liver, help boost their immune systems, treat blemishes, and improve digestion to name a few.

Suggested Uses

Juice the wheatgrass to produce enough to make a 2-ounce “shot.” For optimal benefits, wheatgrass juice should be consumed immediately after it is made.

Wheatgrass blades may be added directly to smoothie ingredients and blended into a drink.

To reduce the potent flavor of wheatgrass, it is suggested to juice or blend it with other fruits and vegetables. We found that juicing ginger, sunflower microgreens, and fresh organic baby spinach helped cut the potency. We have also enjoyed it in smoothies containing baby spinach, coconut water, superfood (or broccoli) microgreens, sunflower microgreens, and frozen tropical fruit (sold in a bag at the grocery store).

How We Grow Microgreens

Grown on an indoor, climate-controlled, vertical farm in Cape Coral, FL. Living Greens Urban Farm uses only organic seeds, OMRI-certified coco coir, and never any pesticides or chemicals.

Care & Storage

Rinse before use, only what you're using. They will last up to 14 days in the refrigerator in an air-tight container kept dry.

These amazingly fresh greens are meant to be consumed soon after harvest. To ensure the absolute best freshness, we only offer our fresh greens to local customers within a 20-mile radius. (Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and surrounding areas).

We highly recommend our grow kits to those wanting to try our microgreens that live outside the local delivery area.
