Fresh microgreens are stored in sustainable, commercial compostable, clear packaging. These microgreens will last a week or more in the fridge, but they are best enjoyed the day you pick them up!
I am loving my first experience with micro greens from Living Greens Urban Farm. As a self confessed veggie avoider, this is giving me a convenient and delicious way to incorporate better nutrition. The red cabbage and superfood are my favorites. I toss them into whatever I am already preparing. The quality is high and the Earth friendly packaging keeps it all fresh and ready for me to grab from the fridge. Highly recommend!!

At first I was quite skeptical in trying the microgreens out! Melanie gave me a trial pack of various Super Foods and I had no idea how to add them to my regular diet! After a quick phone call, I took her advice and added them to my salads and a smoothie! The taste is no strong, but I'm sure the large dose of nutrients will do the body good!
